Technical Sales Engineer
Do you want to work in high growing company ?
We are looking for a Technical sales engineer to work within the well construction/completion product line focused specifically on lower completion tools. This role is well suited for someone with a strong operational background who is ready to take the next step into a commercial role. The role can apply for those with 30 years experience or the ones with less experience (1 -2 years).
About the role
You will be responsible for sales and customer follow-up for the Toolserv and agency product line within well construction. The role combines technical understanding, customer interaction, and commercial responsibility, and you will work closely with operations and engineering to support customers throughout the well lifecycle. You will work as part of a team of highly experienced colleagues who will foster your learning and further development.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership of sales activities for all product we have in our portfolio.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts
Support customers with technical input in collaboration with operations
Identify opportunities within well construction and completion applications.
Contribute to tenders, pricing, and commercial discussions
Some travels within Norway and global trip may occur.
Desired background
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Background from Completion, liner hangers, or well construction
Operational experience from the field is essential
Technical understanding of well construction operations
Motivated to develop commercial and sales skills
Personal profile
Curious and willing to learn
Comfortable speaking with customers and internal stakeholders
Structured, reliable, and hands-on

Candidates must have the right to work in Norway and be located in Stavanger. Fluency in English is required; Norwegian is an advantage.
The position reports to global business manager in the company.
