Service Delivery Coordinator

We are looking for someone who wants to work in a well-experienced sales environment combined with world-leading technology, within Wireline, Logging & Tractor services. You thrive as a support player, take ownership, and dare to challenge when needed. Furthermore, you are self-driven, have good execution skills and thrive with multiple balls in the air. You have good communication skills and are technically interested.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be the “focal point of contact” and ensuring the best possible customer contact, driving high service quality, and coordinating safe project planning and execution. You will be supported by the product lines, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within your area.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring high‑quality customer contact, communication, and service delivery
• Planning, preparing, executing, and evaluating services safely and efficiently
• Cooperating closely with product lines for smooth service execution
• Developing and securing long‑term customer relationships
• Identifying new opportunities within your area of responsibility
• Ensuring full compliance with legislation, customer requirements, and company guidelines
• Managing commercial aspects related to planning and evaluation
• Maintaining daily customer contact and providing proactive solution proposals

• Have offshore experience with mechanical and electrical Wireline services
• Have strong experience with safety work and industry best practices
• Have willingness and ability to continuously update your own expertise
• Have understanding of financial and commercial principles

• Have strong analytical and solution‑oriented capabilities
• Have ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Have proven ability to develop strong business relationships
