Shape the Future of Payments with Nexi in 2026
Envision a world where every transaction feels effortless, safe, and connected. At Nexi, we’re leading this transformation, building tools and solutions that redefine how the world pays. By joining us, you’ll play a part in creating the next generation of digital payments in an innovative, supportive, and international environment.
About your future role
We are seeking a country HR lead who is enthusiastic about owning and managing the local people agenda, delivering core HR activities, and driving culture and engagement in Norway in collaboration with the Norwegian leadership team. An important part of the job is also to engage with and work on labour relations matters, as well as to contribute to HR initiatives at both the Nordic and Group levels.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
Delivering core country HR activities in Norway together with an HR student and local payroll specialist, as well as working in close collaboration with the Nordic HR team, Group HR CoEs, and business unit HR Business Partners in a matrix organisation
Being accountable for providing full-scale HR business partnering to the Country General Manager and his direct organisation
Being in charge of labour relations and union negotiations, collaborating closely with our employee representatives in Norway
Being a trustworthy sparring partner and member of the country leadership team in Norway
Ensuring continuous, efficient, and effective delivery and development of administrative and operational HR tasks and processes at the local level in collaboration with HR Shared Services
What makes you the best person for this job?
On top of your skill set, knowledge, and experience, it's your potential and willingness to learn that make a difference in achieving your goals in everyday work.
You don't need experience from a specific industry, but it does help if you have worked internationally, are self-driven, and have an opinion about what great HR partnering looks like.
Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
Relevant academic background (e.g., a bachelor's or master’s degree)
5+ years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international matrix organisation
Strong knowledge of Norwegian labour law and experience with working with employee representatives
Experience in a wide range of HR tasks such as recruiting, compensation & benefits, learning & development, workforce planning, employee relations, and health & safety
Experience and can-do attitude in driving results and people initiatives, both independently and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders – it comes naturally to you to build relations on all levels in the organisation and by heart, like working with and through people
In addition to Norwegian, you have excellent English skills, both written and verbal
