 Product Manager - CEMS

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS). In this key role, you will guide a dedicated, high-performing team focused on advancing state-of-the-art sensor technologies that accurately measure critical greenhouse gases - such as CO, CH, SO, NO, NO, and CO - in vessel exhaust streams.

Our CEMS solution provides real-time, comprehensive emission data that enables customers to meet current and upcoming environmental regulations.

As Product Manager, you will own significant parts of our product portfolio, managing the product lifecycle from concept through end-of-life. You will serve as the central link between customers, sales, engineering, and production - driving product strategy, development, and continuous improvement to ensure competitive and compliant solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive cross-functional alignment by connecting product, development, sales, and customer insights to ensure we build what the market needs while securing long-term product profitability.
• Develop and execute the product portfolio strategy.
• Lead business development activities within your product domain, identifying new opportunities and shaping future offerings.
• Build strong customer and market relationships to understand needs, capture feedback, and position CEMS as the preferred solution.
• Oversee development activities, ensuring cost, quality, and timeline targets are met.
• Lead a team of highly skilled and motivated engineers

We think you should have

• Technical education within electronics, mechanical engineering or automation
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant product experience
• Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset
• English communication skills, both verbal and in writing
