Do you enjoy following things through and making sure both large and small initiatives get delivered? We are looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of embedded products and enjoys working close to development projects, customers, and ongoing maintenance in production.

About the Role
You will plan, coordinate, and follow up development and maintenance activities for embedded products. You will work closely with software, hardware, QA, and product teams, and in close dialogue with customers. Our core value is We deliver. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and follow up embedded development projects from early phases through production and ongoing product deliveries
• Take responsibility for smaller maintenance and improvement initiatives
• Understand customer needs and communicate customer context to internal teams
• Act as a key point of contact towards customers in relevant project phases
• Follow up scope, requirements, progress, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure clear priorities, timelines, and communication across teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications
We are looking for a structured project manager with a strong sense of ownership and interest in embedded products throughout their lifecycle.

• Experience in project management or coordination in technical environments
• Strong follow up skills and ability to handle both details and overall progress
• Experience working with cross functional engineering teams
• Understanding of good requirements that are clear, structured, and testable
• Ability to understand customer needs, use cases, and constraints and communicate this effectively to technical teams
• Understanding of commercial considerations such as priorities, cost, and value
• A delivery oriented and collaborative mindset

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, including those early in their project management career.

Experience That Is a Plus
Experience in any of the areas below is a plus, but a strong interest in learning and applying them in real world product development is just as important.

• Experience with embedded systems or hardware near products
• Familiarity with full product lifecycles, including production and maintenance
• Experience with or understanding of PLM and or ALM tools
• Experience managing both development projects and ongoing maintenance or improvement work
