Do you want to shape the future of talent at TGS? We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join our team!
TGS provides scientific data and intelligence to companies active in the energy sector. In addition to a global, extensive and diverse energy data library, TGS offers specialized services such as advanced processing and analytics alongside cloud-based data applications and solutions.
As the Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and driving core talent processes that enable growth, engagement, and organizational capability—always with a digital-first perspective to ensure simplicity, scalability, and impact. You will own, design and continuously improve key talent areas—such as onboarding, performance, culture and values, engagement, leadership development, and succession planning—ensuring they are effective, future focused, and data driven to support better decisions and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Own, design, implement, and continuously improve core talent development processes that enhance employee engagement, strengthen organizational capability, and align with future business needs.
Transform these processes into a digital talent experience by driving self-service and automation—providing managers and employees with intuitive tools and processes within the talent space, that make developing of people easier, faster, and more impactful.
Lead end-to-end projects within the talent space—from discovery and design through implementation and adoption—using structured methodologies and a continuous improvement mindset.
Define KPIs and translate analytics into actionable insights that improve organizational effectiveness and workforce outcomes.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business leaders to identify needs, co-create scalable talent solutions, and influence stakeholders to embed and adopt these strategies across the organization.
Own one or more talent modules within SuccessFactors, ensuring optimal design, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You have a strong background in talent development and know how to turn talent strategies into impactful experiences that engage employees and deliver measurable results. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you design and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes—always with a digital-first and data-driven mindset.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Higher education, preferably master’s degree within HR, Economics, Administration or similar field.
Proven experience working with Talent Management, with exposure to domains such as onboarding, performance management, culture and values, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
Proven ability to apply employee experience frameworks and agile methodologies to create and deliver collaborative, iterative, and continuously improved talent solutions.
Background in leading end-to-end projects – managing scope, stakeholders, and delivery in complex or global environments.
Strong understanding of HR technology platforms and a digital-first mindset.
Experience leveraging data and analytics to evaluate impact, identify trends, and determine priority areas for talent development initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
