The role
As our Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Kari Traa in-store—an on-the-road brand ambassador who turns strategy into sell-through. You’ll build strong partnerships with retailers across Norway, execute account plans, and ensure our collections shine on the shop floor. You’ll also coordinate in-store activations in partnership with our marketing team to create buzz, drive traffic, and convert.
What you’ll do
Own a set of retail accounts to deliver seasonal and long-term sales goals for Kari Traa in Norway
Prepare offers, follow up on deadlines, and manage daily sales operations
Build strong relationships with key stores through regular visits and great service
Plan and budget per shop ahead of each season, aligned with sales targets and marketing plans
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop customer-specific plans
Plan and follow up on campaigns, promotions, and relevant sales activities
Coordinate and bring to life in-store events and activations with our marketing team—think launches, styling sessions, staff rallies, pop-ups, trunk shows, and community-driven happenings
Elevate brand presence in-store: ensure product training, visual standards, storytelling, and staff enthusiasm reflect the Kari Traa energy
Deliver seasonal product training and education for store teams
Track sales and provide weekly and monthly reporting to the Sales Manager Norway
What you’ll bring
Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within sporting goods or apparel
Strong relationship-building skills and a service mindset
A structured, analytical approach with attention to detail and on-time delivery
Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting is a plus
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular); ERP experience is a plus
Willingness to travel and be on the road 70–100 days per year
Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
