We are seeking a highly organized and pro-active B2B E-commerce Specialist to join our dedicated eCommerce team. This crucial role will be the owner and main point of contact for our B2B platform and operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience for our wholesale clients. You will combine system ownership, operational excellence, and direct support to drive the success of our wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Platform Ownership (Centra): Own, maintain, and manage the day-to-day operations of our B2B platform on Centra. Closely collaborate with the team who was ownership of the D2C platform on Centra.
Product & Content Enrichment: Oversee and execute the comprehensive enrichment of B2B product data, including descriptions, pricing, inventory rules, imagery, as well as the look and feel of the site.
Order Management & Sales Operations: Ownership of the B2B order flow, from system entry to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Streamline the B2B sales flow, from managing customer segmentation to ensuring sales-related data accuracy in close collaboration with the sales team.
B2B Client Support & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients when it comes to technical enquiries, providing "customer support" and troubleshooting to orders, system access, and product information. Support the B2B customers with necessary platform support and training. Ownership of streamlined communication with our B2B partners through newsletter.
E-commerce Team Support: Actively support the broader E-commerce team on product enrichment, photo enrichment, and data maintenance across all our digital platforms, including external marketplaces.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
1-2+ years of experience in an E-commerce, Marketing, Operations, or Product Specialist role, preferably within a B2B or wholesale environment.
Proven hands-on experience working with E-commerce platforms, ideally Centra, WooCommerce, Shopify, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot system or order issues independently.
Excellent communication and service skills, comfortable providing clear and professional support to external clients.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
It’s a bonus if you:
Have direct experience with the Centra Showroom E-commerce platform.
Are familiar with product enrichment tools and processes.
Experience in supporting a Sales team, managing sales processes, and maintaining sales-critical data.
