The Mission: Take Our Story to the Next Level
As the Global Lead, you won't just manage our social channels, you'll be the architect of our digital connection. Your core objective is to maximize the value and effect of our content by delivering highly engaging and accurate stories at the perfect moment on the perfect platform.
You will be responsible for:
Strategy & Vision: Setting clear objectives, and building an effective content strategy that dramatically increases traffic and boosts conversions.
Daily Execution: Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content (text, images, video) that fosters meaningful connections. You'll lead social media campaigns for product launches, events, and key initiatives.
Community Leadership: Actively engaging with our passionate followers, encouraging user-generated content, and collaborating with our world-class ambassadors and content creators to craft compelling narratives.
Analysis & Optimization: Embracing a test-and-learn approach to continuously capture, analyze, and act on social data, staying at the forefront of industry trends to ensure we are always performing at our peak.

What You Bring to the Trail
- Proven experience in building and executing successful social media plans through competitive research, benchmarking, and audience identification.
- Expertise in generating, editing, and optimizing content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.).
- Technical proficiency to capture, trim, and optimize video for various formats combining engaging visual and audio elements with efficient editing workflows to maximize impact in short attention spans.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to partner with Digital Marketing, Product Development, Customer Experience, Sales and Retail to manage reputation and coordinate impactful actions.
- A strong analytical mindset, committed to monthly reporting and data-driven adjustments.
- Professional fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.
