As Chief People Officer, you will take full strategic and operational responsibility for People & Culture across all Sensio markets. As the company scales, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to shape the company's strategy and People ambitions, while playing a key role in developing leadership capability at multiple levels of the organization.
This position is based at Sensio's offices in Oslo, reports directly to the CEO, and requires international travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the People & Culture function across all countries
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on organization, leadership, and people matters
- Build scalable HR structures and processes to support international growth
- Strengthen performance management and implement leadership development initiatives
- Drive organizational development through continuous change and the integration of acquired companies
- Establish HR KPIs, reporting routines, and communicate HR's impact in a P&L-aligned context
- Develop a cohesive HR operating model covering recruitment, onboarding, L&D, C&B, operations, and employee relations
- Foster a strong, unified culture and support leadership cohesion across teams
- Work closely with owners and the board on people strategy and organizational maturity
Qualifications and Experience
- Higher relevant education within HR, organizational development, business, or similar
- Experience in building or professionalizing HR functions in growth-oriented and international companies
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in execution
- Strong commercial and business understanding, with the ability to discuss HR in a P&L context
- Comfortable operating in the executive leadership team and experienced in working with owners and boards
- Experience supporting leaders through organizational change, including M&A, role and responsibility clarification, and performance management
Ability to assess organizational capabilities, ensure "right people in the right roles," and drive recruitment portfolios accordingly
