Shape the Future of Subsea Hyperspectral Imaging
Are you passionate about technology, product development, and the ocean? Do you want to help bring pioneering hyperspectral imaging solutions to the subsea market? If so, we invite you to join us as Product Manager for Ecotone’s UHI-cameras!
Your Role
As Product Manager Ecotone, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our UHI products. This is a new and evolving role where you will work across the entire product lifecycle – from development and commercialization to customer success.
You will be the dedicated product owner for Ecotone’s hyperspectral imaging technology within Eelume. That means you will drive the development and market introduction of the UHI product line, working independently but closely with colleagues across engineering, sales, and management. This unique position gives you the opportunity to take full ownership of a world-leading technology and influence how it is applied in research, environmental monitoring, and industry.
You will:
Drive the roadmap and product development in close collaboration with R&D.
Define requirements and follow up on engineering and testing activities.
Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure market-fit solutions.
Engage with customers and partners to understand needs and explore applications.
Take part in training, customer support, and documentation.
Contribute hands-on in ordering components, assembly, and practical testing.
Some travel activities must be expected.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a structured and ambitious individual with a strong drive to turn technology into commercial success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
Interest in both technical development and commercialization.
Genuine interest in underwater hyperspectral imaging (UHI) and its applications.
Personal qualities:
Structured and analytical.
Proactive and self-driven.
Collaborative and customer-oriented.
Motivated to take ownership and responsibility.
Why Join Eelume?
At Eelume you will:
Be the dedicated owner of Ecotone’s hyperspectral imaging technology.
Work with pioneering subsea technology with strong research and market potential.
Be part of an innovative, interdisciplinary, and supportive team.
Enjoy flexibility, including partial home office solutions.
Benefit from competitive terms, including pension and insurance schemes.
Be part of a positive work environment with a daily shared lunch arrangement.
A social committee with its own budget, organizing various social activities throughout the year.
