Join our future-focused IT team!

At Promon, we protect the apps people rely on every day. Our award-winning application shielding solutions are trusted globally by some of the world’s most impactful companies. As cybersecurity threats evolve and customer expectations rise, a secure, stable, and compliant internal IT environment is critical to how we operate as a company.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to keep our core infrastructure and platform services running securely and reliably. In this role, you’ll run the day-to-day operation of identity services, endpoints, servers, networks, and information systems, and be a key technical contact for second- and third-line support. You’ll report to the IT Operations Manager and work closely with colleagues across the organization, as well as with our suppliers and vendors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate identity and access: administer, configure, update, and upgrade Active Directory, identity providers (IdPs), and authentication platforms in line with access control and security requirements

  • Manage endpoints and infrastructure: run our MDM and RMM platforms, on-premises and cloud-based servers and networks, and published information systems, keeping them secure, available, and well maintained throughout their lifecycle

  • Provide second- and third-line support and handle incidents: detect, analyze, escalate, and help resolve infrastructure-related incidents and security events according to our incident management procedures

  • Execute changes the right way: plan and document infrastructure and platform changes through our change management process, including risk, quality, and information security impact assessments

  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders: work with suppliers on updates, vulnerabilities, and lifecycle changes, and keep internal stakeholders informed about maintenance and upgrades

  • Keep things documented and compliant: maintain accurate documentation of architecture, dependencies, configurations, and procedures, and support audits and reviews related to IT operations, quality, and information security

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid hands-on experience in IT operations, with strong technical and practical competence in infrastructure and application operations

  • Experience administering Active Directory, IdPs, and authentication platforms, as well as MDM and RMM tools

  • Experience with server administration across on-premises and cloud environments. Networking knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement

  • Working knowledge of information security, privacy, and regulatory requirements relevant to IT operations, such as access control, logging, vulnerability management, and secure configuration baselines

  • Hands-on experience with AI, ideally having built or implemented an AI-driven solution, such as automating operational workflows or improving support and monitoring

  • Comfort working with documented procedures and change management in a controlled, regulated environment

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

What We Value:

  • Clear communication: able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues

  • Collaboration across teams and with external suppliers and vendors

  • A structured, thorough approach: you document your work and follow through

  • Curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement in how we operate
