OCTG Planner

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning schedules with all involved stakeholders.
  • Register new demand entries and create new SAP material numbers.
  • Prepare, process, and manage Request for Production (RFP) with suppliers.
  • Generate purchase requisitions based on approved RFPs.
  • Monitor production progress and conduct regular follow-up meetings with suppliers.
  • Track the readiness of materials for delivery in coordination with logistics teams.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the planning tool.
  • Interface with internal teams (Wells, PFMs, logistics) and relevant suppliers.

Required expertise

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, or economics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contracting work.
  • Strong performance-driven mindset with an interest in commercial aspects and cost-consciousness.
  • Proactive, engaged, and curious with a high level of professional and personal integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian (written and oral).
