Communications Specialist

As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for a Communications Specialist to strengthen our brand, elevate our visibility, and develop engaging communications that support employee engagement, employer branding, reputation, and market positioning.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced communications professional who enjoys combining storytelling, strategy, and hands-on execution across internal and external channels. The position is based in Oslo, Norway, and reports to the Head of Communications & PR.

About the role

As a Communications Specialist, you will play an important role in shaping and amplifying the Cyviz story across multiple channels and audiences.

Working closely with leaders, colleagues, and subject-matter experts across the business, you will help translate business priorities, customer successes, people initiatives, and strategic developments into clear, engaging, and impactful communication.

You will contribute across corporate communications, internal communications, employer branding, PR, digital channels, and content production, helping strengthen both our external visibility and internal culture.

The role offers broad exposure across the organization and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of communication initiatives that support business growth, engagement, and company positioning.

Key responsibilities

Corporate Communications & Storytelling

• Support communication initiatives that strengthen Cyviz' brand, reputation, and market positioning
• Develop content that communicates customer successes, strategic initiatives, and business priorities
• Contribute to consistent messaging and storytelling across channels
• Support PR and media activities

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

• Create and publish content for internal channels, including Viva Engage, Viva Learning, and SharePoint
• Support culture-building initiatives, internal campaigns, and employee engagement activities
• Help develop communication plans, talking points, presentations, and leadership messages

Content Development & Digital Presence

• Produce content across multiple formats including articles, LinkedIn posts, presentations, people stories, campaigns, and video concepts
• Support Cyviz' LinkedIn presence, website content, and other digital communication channels
• Ensure communication reflects Cyviz' tone of voice, messaging framework, and brand platform

Employer Branding & People

• Support initiatives that strengthen Cyviz as an attractive employer
• Develop employee stories, onboarding communication, recruitment-related content, and engagement activities
• Work closely with the People function on communication related to culture, learning, and organizational initiatives

Communication Planning & Project Management

• Coordinate communication projects and campaigns from planning through execution
• Maintain editorial calendars and communication plans

Who we're looking for

You are a strong communicator with excellent writing skills, sound editorial judgment, and a passion for creating communication that engages, informs, and inspires.

You enjoy working across people, technology, culture, and business, and understand how communication can strengthen both reputation and employee engagement.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

We believe you have

• 5-7 years of experience within corporate communications, internal communications, PR, employer branding, or related communications disciplines
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Norwegian
• Strong content production skills across articles, social media, presentations, employee stories, campaigns, and digital channels
• Experience supporting PR and media activities, including press releases, messaging, and stakeholder communication
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, website content management, internal communication channels, and Microsoft 365-based communication platforms
• Experience measuring communication performance, engagement, and channel effectiveness through reporting and analytics
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear, engaging, and audience-relevant communication
