Jefferson Wells is recruiting an experienced Service Management Lead on behalf of a technology company in the Drammen area. We are looking for a commercially minded leader who can develop efficient service operations, lead managers and ensure a consistently strong customer experience. Tasks and Responsibilities
• Lead and develop the service management function

• Manage leaders within service delivery and technical support

• Improve service processes, standards and ways of working

• Oversee customer requests, incidents and escalations

• Plan resources and ensure effective use of people, tools and systems

• Monitor KPIs and report performance to management

• Manage service agreements, budgets, cost control and invoicing

• Use customer feedback and operational data to drive improvements

• Ensure compliance with relevant quality, security and safety requirements
Background and Qualifications
• Relevant experience in service management or service operations

• Leadership experience, preferably with personnel responsibility

• Experience with KPIs, resource planning and budget management

• Strong commercial understanding and customer focus

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience

• Professional proficiency in English

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
