We are looking for an enthusiastic ERP Solution Consultant to join our M3 Support Team and contribute to the continuous development of our business processes and digital solutions. The role reports to the Head of ERP and offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology. 

Øglænd is on an exciting journey focused on standardization, automation, and digital transformation. Through our standardization program, we are harmonizing business processes across the value chain and leveraging our ERP platform to drive efficiency and growth. 

At the same time, we are exploring new opportunities through Infor Velocity Suite, including process optimization, AI-driven insights, automation, workflow orchestration, and data-driven decision making. To fully realize these opportunities, we are looking for additional capacity and expertise to help drive innovation and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Contribute to the continuous development of Infor M3 CE and ensure stable, future-ready solutions 

• Lead ERP projects and improvement initiatives from concept through measurable results 

• Help shape priorities, coordinate delivery, and develop the ERP department 

• Drive process standardization and optimization across the organization 

• Turn opportunities in Velocity Suite, automation, and AI into practical business solutions 

• Act as a trusted partner to the business and build strong relationships with key stakeholders 

• Share expertise, provide functional guidance, and strengthen the team’s overall delivery capability 

Who We Are Looking For 

• Experience working with ERP systems and business processes 

• Analytical, curious, and solution-oriented mindset 

• Strong collaboration and communication skills 

• Interest in digital transformation, automation, and process improvement 

• Experience with Infor M3 CE is an advantage, but not a requirement
