We are currently looking for Graduates to join our team. As a Graduate at VARD, you will be part of our Graduate Onboarding Programme, a joint initiative across the VARD companies designed to support your transition from student to professional. Through networking opportunities, learning activities, and exposure to different parts of the VARD organization, you will build valuable industry knowledge and a strong professional network.
What can you expect as a Graduate in VARD?

We are looking for engineering Graduates across several VARD companies and disciplines:
Vard Electro: Software Development, Cyber Security, and SeaQ portfolio; Power, Remote, Control, Bridge & Navigation, Communication & Safety
Vard Design & Engineering: Machinery, Structural, Electrical, Naval Architect & Accommodation, and HVAC
Seaonics: Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering and Control System Engineering
Vard Design: Conceptual Design, Hydro & Stability, and Research & Innovation
Vard Interiors: Engineering, Procurement, Finance and Project Management
From your first day, you will be employed in a permanent position within one of the VARD companies, giving you the opportunity to build a long-term career while developing your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you bring to the team
We are looking for ambitious and motivated students graduating in 2027 within relevant fields such as Ship Design, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Hydrodynamics, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, ICT, Cyber Security, Project Management, Finance, or other disciplines relevant to the maritime industry.
You are curious about the maritime industry and eager to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions. To thrive in our environment, you are likely:
Structured, proactive, and able to work systematically
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a variety of tasks and projects
Analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
A team player with good communication and collaboration skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Identify yourself with the VARD values Craftmanship, Salesmanship and Fellowship.
