Skilled Concrete Workers Wanted for Exciting Construction Projects

Do you have experience in concrete work and want a varied workday on solid construction projects? On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for skilled concrete workers for exciting assignments.

We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, is quality-conscious, and likes being part of a team that delivers visible results.

• Formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring
• Assembly and dismantling of formwork systems
• Concrete repair and finishing work
• Work on new construction and civil engineering projects
• Cooperation with other trades on-site
• Ensuring quality and HSE compliance in daily operations

• Has experience as a concrete worker or formwork carpenter
• Can read and understand construction drawings
• Is able to work independently while also being a good team player
• Has a strong focus on quality, structure, and safety
• Speaks Norwegian or English
• Holds a valid Category B driving licence (an advantage) 

• Responsible and reliable
• Structured and quality-oriented
• High work capacity and good physical fitness
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Practical and solution-oriented
• Strong focus on HSE and safe working practices
• Able to take initiative and work independently 

• Trade certificate as a Concrete Worker (Betongfagarbeider) or equivalent documented vocational training within the concrete profession
• Relevant experience from concrete, construction, or civil engineering projects will be highly valued

Fluent Norwegian or English, both spoken and written
