HR Intern in Stavanger

Are you a motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience within HR while continuing your studies?

We are now looking for an HR Intern to join our team on a part-time (20%) basis, starting August/September.

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR activities and processes, working closely with experienced HR professionals.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to both operational and strategic tasks, while building a strong understanding of how HR supports the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning of career events and university relations activities.
• Assist with administration in our internal training portal
• Contribute to HR processes such as onboarding of employees and interns, and system updates.
• Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks

Qualifications

You are currently a student in HR, organizational studies, or a related field, preferably in your 3rd or 4th year of studies.

You have strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English and work structured, are proactive, and eager to learn.
