Operations Coordinator – Join Sharebox in Arendal

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues.

• Support daily operational activities and coordinate with internal teams, customers, and partners.

• Manage and follow up on support tickets, break-and-fix activities, and onsite interventions.

• Maintain operational data, reports, and documentation.

• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Support quality assurance activities and help ensure high service standards.

• Assist with logistics coordination, alarm handling, and delivery projects when required.

• Must be able to work within a scheduled shift arrangement (currently between 06:30 and 18:30), with hours subject to change based on business needs.

• The role also includes participation in a rotating 24/7 Duty Officer schedule and requires daily presence at our office in Arendal, Norway.

• Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.

• Norwegian language proficiency is an advantage.

• Experience in customer support, operations, logistics, or service coordination is an advantage.
