Primavera P6 Planner/Scheduler Help Build the Future of AI Infrastructure in Narvik
Are you the person who can turn chaos into a clear plan?

We are looking for a Primavera P6 Planner/Scheduler to join a major hyperscale data center project in Narvik a technically exciting environment where construction, engineering, procurement, commissioning, power, cooling, and technology all need to move in the right order.

This is not a "sit quietly and update dates" kind of planning role. This is a control tower role. You will help keep a large, fast moving project coordinated, visible, and on track using Oracle Primavera P6, one of the leading tools for planning, scheduling, and controlling large scale projects.

What you will do
As our Primavera P6 Planner/Scheduler, you will help build and maintain the project schedule from planning through execution and commissioning.

Typical work includes:

• Developing and updating schedules across engineering,
• Procurement
• Construction

commissioning phases;

• integrating updates from contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• preparing schedule reports, progress curves, and lookahead schedules.

You will work closely with project managers, engineers, construction teams, contractors, vendors, client stakeholders, and project controls teams to keep the schedule accurate and useful.

Key responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain detailed project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Create and manage activities, logic links, milestones, durations, resources, constraints, and baselines.
• Track progress against the baseline schedule and update actual performance data.
• Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
• Coordinate schedule input from site teams, engineering, procurement, contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams.
• Prepare clear reports, lookahead schedules, variance summaries, progress curves, dashboards, and milestone updates.
• Support change control by assessing how changes may impact the schedule.
• Help turn complex project information into simple, useful planning insight for the team.

Who we are looking for
We are open to junior, mid level, and senior candidates the most important thing is that you have real experience using Oracle Primavera P6.

You might be an experienced scheduler who has owned major construction schedules before. You might be a developing planner with solid P6 skills and the drive to grow. Either way, you enjoy structure, coordination, details, deadlines, and solving planning puzzles before they become project problems.

Must have

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6
• Understanding of schedule logic, dependencies, WBS, milestones, activities, baselines, progress updates, and critical path.
• Ability to work with technical teams and gather accurate progress information.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with schedule data and reports.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Structured, accurate, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving project environment

Nice to have

• Experience from construction, infrastructure, industrial, mission critical, energy, or data center projects.
• Experience with commissioning, MEP, power, cooling, controls, utilities, or vendor heavy project environments.
• Power BI or dashboard/reporting experience.
• Oracle Primavera P6 certification, AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or other project controls/scheduling certification.
• Experience supporting recovery planning, delay analysis, change control, or project controls reporting.
