We're looking for an experienced Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our R&D team and play a key role in developing the next generation of high-performance electronic systems.

Your Role

As a Senior Electronics Design Engineer, you will lead projects throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Working in a multidisciplinary R&D environment, you will develop innovative electronic solutions that deliver reliability under extreme operating conditions.

You will have the opportunity to influence product design, drive technical improvements, and work closely with colleagues across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate electronic systems for advanced downhole applications
• Build, assemble, and qualify prototypes in our R&D laboratories
• Develop test equipment and verification systems to support product qualification
• Investigate technical challenges and implement robust engineering solutions
• Support continuous improvement and lifecycle management of existing electronic products
• Prepare technical documentation, assembly procedures, and quality documentation
• Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the development process
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and operational teams when required

What We're Looking For

You are an experienced electronics engineer who enjoys combining analytical thinking with hands-on development. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by delivering practical engineering solutions.

We believe you bring:

• BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum five years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in electronic product development, testing, verification, or qualification
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience from the energy, aerospace, defence, medical device, or other high-reliability industries is considered an advantage but is not essential.
