Join our client as Nordic Customer Communication Specialist

Our client has a need for a B2C Communications Specialist to join the Nordic Customer Communications team, providing essential operational support to scale customer lifecycle initiatives across the Nordic markets from mid-August through the end of 2026. This role is focused on driving execution, content planning, and optimization, enabling local communicators to maintain market-specific ownership.

About the role

As a Nordic Customer Communications Specialist, you will act as a shared resource supporting all Nordic markets. Rather than owning communication for a specific country, you will help develop, optimize, and scale customer communication across markets, while local communications specialists remain responsible for localization, market-specific requirements, and regulatory communication.

The role focuses on proactive, customer-centric communication that helps customers get more value from our client's products and services throughout their relationship with our client. The position is not primarily focused on legal or regulatory communication but on creating engaging, value-adding customer experiences across digital channels.

Since this is a temporary assignment supporting ongoing Nordic initiatives, we are looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed, make an immediate impact, and contribute from day one.

Work tasks

  • Support the Nordic Customer Communications team in developing, optimizing, and scaling customer communication across Nordic markets.

  • Create and maintain customer journeys, communication concepts, and reusable communication assets that can be adapted across countries.

  • Improve customer engagement, activation, retention, and upsales communication.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize communication across digital channels such as email, app, and web.

  • Contribute to testing, measurement, and continuous improvement of customer communication performance.

  • Help identify and scale successful communication concepts, best practices, and learnings across markets.

  • Coordinate selected communication initiatives from concept to implementation together with relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Communications Specialists, Marketing Automation Specialists, and business stakeholders across the organization.

  • Using data, testing, and insights to improve communication performance.

We are looking for

  • Experience working with customer communication, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or related areas.

  • Experience planning, creating, executing, and optimizing communication towards B2C audiences.

  • Experience working with customer journeys, segmentation, and communication optimization.

  • Hands-on experience working with HubSpot

  • Professional working proficiency in English, and strong writing skills.

It is advance if you have experience from industries with large customer bases, such as energy, telecom, insurance, banking, subscription services, or similar.
