Together, our global teams of innovators, problem-solvers and collaborators push the boundaries of what’s possible to drive the new subsea era. And now, we’re looking for two talented HR Intern to join them.  

We are now looking for two HR Interns to join our team on a part-time (50%) basis, starting August. We have one position at Lysaker and one position in Moss.

About the Role 

As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR activities and processes, working closely with experienced HR professionals. You will have the opportunity to contribute to both operational and strategic tasks, while building a strong understanding of how HR supports the business. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support coordination and execution of internal and external events such as People Week, student fairs, and company presentations. 

• Representing the company at career events, engaging with students about graduate and internship opportunities. 

• Assist with administration in our internal training portal (course registrations, invitations, coordination with trainers, etc.) 

• Contribute to HR processes such as onboarding of employees and interns, and system updates (salary, role changes, access, promotions). 

• Support preparation of employment contracts and candidate offers. 

• Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications 

You are currently studying HR, organizational studies, or a related field, preferably in your second or third year. You have strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, and you work in a structured and proactive way. You are eager to learn and comfortable working independently, while also being a collaborative and reliable team player.
