We are looking for a passionate and skilled Subsea Superintendent to join our team

Role Purpose:
To ensure the integrity, reliability, and regulatory compliance of subsea systems by providing technical leadership, supporting offshore operations, and driving continuous improvement in safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
For the relevant MODU;
Ensure safe and compliant operation of subsea systems.
Technical responsible for subsea equipment and integrity.
Lead maintenance and reliability strategies within the discipline.
Manage offshore/onshore interface and operational support.
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Subsea) or equivalent experience, combined with extensive offshore subsea operational background
Comprehensive knowledge of subsea systems, including BOPs, control systems, well control equipment, and intervention systems
Strong understanding of regulatory and class requirements, including DNV, NORSOK, and applicable international standards
Proven experience in maintenance management and CMMS systems, with focus on reliability, integrity, and lifecycle optimisation
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to support offshore operations and coordinate across disciplines and vendors

Technical expertise. Applies deep subsea knowledge to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance of critical equipment
Analytical & problem-solving skills. Capable of structured troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and risk-based decision making under operational pressure.
Leadership & collaboration. Provides clear direction, builds trust, and effectively collaborates across offshore and onshore teams, as well as with vendors.
Planning & execution capability. Ensures efficient planning, prioritisation, and follow-up of maintenance and operational activities.
Continuous improvement mindset. Actively drives learning, improvement initiatives, and implementation of lessons learned across the organisation
