We are looking for our new Sales Enablement Coordinator!

At Zaptec, we’re growing fast across Europe, and strong collaboration behind the scenes is an important part of making that happen. As our Sales Enablement Coordinator,you’ll help create structure, flow and support across our global sales organisation, making it easier for sales teams to focus on what they do best: building strong customer relationships and driving growth.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across sales, logistics, finance, product and marketing, helping improve processes, coordinate daily operations and ensure our teams have the tools and information they need to succeed.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and improve Zaptec’s order processes across regions and sales channels.

  • Coordinate the sales forecasting process between regional sales teams and logistics.

  • Coordinate between clients and finance regarding invoicing enquiries.

  • Manage and maintain sales contracts across Zaptec subsidiaries.

  • Support sales teams and key accounts with enquiries related to pricing, availability and order status.

  • Coordinate the development and distribution of sales material together with product managers and marketing.

  • Help onboard new sales colleagues with systems, tools, training and processes.

  • Work closely with logistics and key account managers to ensure customer requirements are documented and followed.

This is a role where you’ll get a broad view of how an international sales organisation operates, while also having the opportunity to improve and shape how we work as we continue to grow.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, supporting others and improving the way things work. You’re proactive, detail-oriented and motivated by helping teams succeed together.

You enjoy working across departments, balancing multiple tasks and building good relationships with both colleagues and customers. Most importantly, you’re someone who takes ownership, stays curious and likes finding smarter ways of working.

As for the skills required for this job

  • Experience from a sales support, sales enablement or coordinator role.

  • Understand how sales processes and customer operations work in practice.

  • Comfortable working with administrative processes, coordination and follow-up.

  • Good financial understanding, preferably from finance, accounting or operational support.

  • Confident using MS Office tools, especially Excel.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • A Scandinavian language and/or Dutch is a plus.
