Our Amazing Office Administrator Has Been Promoted — Now It Could Be Your Turn!

What you'll be doing:

The primary functions of this role are to support a range of business activities by accurately completing general business admin, resolving client queries, managing company debtors and supporting the delivery of a top-class customer experience.

Day to day you'll be involved in:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner

  • Provide general administrative support to Sales, Projects and Management Teams

  • Purchasing of required goods and services

  • Acting as first point of contact to visitors - sign in and safety brief for all visitors

  • General office duties: management of documentation including invoices, updating spreadsheets, filing etc.

  • Take an equal responsibility for the clean and presentable status of the office environment

  • Overseeing site amenities and maintenance requirements as required

  • Organising catering for meetings, stocks of general office supplies, and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy

  • Work in line with set company procedures and policies

  • Assisting with project order updates in ERP system

  • Can manage changing priorities in order to meet deadlines

  • Keen to take on additional responsibility and lend a hand when required
