We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales activities and daily marketing tasks.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator based in Oslo, Norway, with the flexibility to work remotely . The coordinator will support sales efforts, handle client communications, plan and execute marketing and outreach activities. Responsibilities include managing projects, developing promotional content, ensuring the seamless flow of operations, participating in tradeshows in Europe.
Key responsibilities
Communicate with clients and assist in ongoing projects
Coordinate incoming inquiries and ensure timely responses
Support the sales process (prepare offers, follow up leads, update CRM)
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials
Maintain and update website content (WordPress)
Create and publish content for LinkedIn and website
Create simple video content for social media
Support newsletters and marketing campaigns
Prepare, coordinate and attend conferences and trade show events
Use AI tools to support content creation and daily work
What we are looking for
Experience in sales support, marketing, or coordination roles
Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally across different platforms
Experience with coordination of events and marketing activities; good planning and execution skills
Self-driven with the ability to work independently
Strong structure, planning, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in standard office tools and familiarity with CRM systems
Positive, proactive mindset with a focus on getting things done
Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language. Advantage: French or German
Experience with tools such as WordPress. Photoshop, Canva, or similar. Interest in or experience with AI tools for content and productivity
Comfortable working in an international B2B environment with technical products
Experience in the self-storage or real estate development industry is an advantage
