Lead Mechanical Engineer - Winterleap
Winterleap is building the world’s first solution designed to treat weeds and pests during winter, when nature is most vulnerable and intervention is most effective. By working with the natural winter cycle, Winterleap helps farmers dramatically reduce weed pressure and pest populations before the growing season even begins, lowering the need for chemicals and intensive interventions later on.
This breakthrough approach improves soil health, supports more resilient farming systems, and helps growers address rising costs and increasing environmental pressure. Built on deep agronomic insight and robust engineering, Winterleap is redefining what’s possible in sustainable crop protection.
We’re a no-nonsense team with a strong bias for action. We design, test, and refine our technology in close collaboration with farmers, making sure it works in real fields, in harsh winter conditions, not just on paper. We take pride in executing well, learning fast, and doing whatever it takes to deliver practical solutions that matter.
Working at Winterleap means tackling hard problems with real-world impact. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, the trust to make decisions, and the opportunity to help build a category-defining technology from the ground up.
Join us as we pioneer winter-based crop protection and shape the future of farming.
