As our Clinical specialist, you are the bridge between world-class innovation and clinical practice. You will be a vital partner to surgical teams, providing the technical expertise and real-time consultation that surgeons rely on to perform life-changing spinal procedures. The role reports to the Regional sales manager in Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level technical support and consultation to surgeons and nurses during live operative procedures

- Design and lead training sessions for doctors and hospital staff, ensuring the safe and effective application of our spinal solutions

- Apply a value-based sales approach to meet customer needs and position Globus - Medical as the preferred choice in your region

- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring business trends and competitor activities to maintain our market-leading position

- Attending national congresses and professional events

Who are you?

We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a high-stakes clinical environment and possesses the following: 

- MSc / BSc degree (e.g. health sciences, nursing, physiotherapy, other)

- Previous experience from spinal device sales or a clinical background from similar roles is a significant advantage

- Fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken)

- Ability to interpret technical data and technical instructions in a fast-paced environment

 - Driver license kl B, willingness to travel estimated +30 days annually, and flexibility to provide after-hours case support when necessary
