About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician with solid knowledge of lower-completions equipment.

In this role, you will maintain, redress, and inspect lower‑completions and multilateral tools, ensuring everything is safe, reliable, and ready for deployment.

As part of our 25‑person team of skilled technicians and supervisors, you will be a senior presence on the workshop floor supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing your experience, and promoting good practices to keep quality and safety standards high.

What You Will Do

• Perform advanced maintenance, repair, redress, and assembly of lower‑completions and multilateral equipment

• Keep tools and assets clean, well‑maintained, and ready for operation

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support root‑cause analysis

• Replace damaged or worn components and ensure compliance with TLM standards

• Accurately record all maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS/TLM systems

• Participate in failure investigations and improvement initiatives

• Mentor junior technicians and support knowledge sharing

• Maintain strong HSE standards and promote a proactive safety culture

What You Bring

• Trade certificate in industrial mechanics or similar

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position

• Strong knowledge of liner hanger systems and downhole tool behavior

• Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven ability to perform root‑cause analysis

• Strong communication, technical writing, and documentation skills

• Proven ability to mentor technicians and coordinate work under pressure

• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to procedures

• Fluent in English, with strong writing and speaking skills

• Overhead crane, forklift, torque machine, and G4 certifications are a plus
