Production Coordinator
Join UBR - a Norwegian premium outerwear brand - as part of our product team. We are looking for a structured and proactive Production Coordinator to manage and follow up on production deliveries and quality across our international supply chain.

About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating production processes and ensuring smooth execution across suppliers in both Asia and Europe. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to secure timely deliveries, maintain quality standards, and support the overall product flow.

You will become part of a small, highly skilled and experienced team at our Oslo office. The role offers a broad interface across the business, with opportunities to gain insight into and contribute to multiple aspects of product development, sourcing, and operations.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a highly organized and commercially aware profile with strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple processes and timelines related to material and garment delivery. You have a holistic understanding of the business combined with a strong attention to detail, and you are comfortable working with the complexity of supply chain and production coordination.

A proactive and assertive approach towards suppliers is important when following up on production flow. You are confident in communication and able to build strong relationships with international partners.

The ideal candidate is analytical and able to understand complex interference and consequences. You are structured, detail-oriented, and motivated by solving problems and improving processes. You are curious, eager to learn, and stay up to date on relevant global regulations within the industry, with a genuine interest in developing sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate production across the entire supply chain

• Follow up on production processes, timelines, and deliveries

• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to product standards

• Manage and maintain production data and documentation

• Communicate closely with suppliers in Asia and Europe

• Contribute to the overall team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Higher education in Textile Engineering, Textile Economics, or a similar field such as Production or Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from textile companies, within production coordination, quality assurance, product operations, fabric management, or product development

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes and timelines

• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex processes and consequences

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Solid problem-solving skills and confidence in supplier dialogue and negotiation

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience working with PLM systems

• Fluent in English (working language)
