Sales Manager Norway at UBR

In the role as Sales Manager Norway, you will be responsible for sales in the Norwegian market and work closely with selected retail partners across the country to strengthen relationships and grow the business.
About the role
You will be part of a small team at our central Oslo office. We are 16 employees, and most functions - including sales, marketing and product development - are handled in-house.
This means you will work closely across departments and gain insight into several parts of the business beyond day-to-day sales. Retail partner feedback plays an active role in product decisions, and you will also contribute input in product discussions and seasonal planning.
The sales team consists of four people and is expanding. The Sales Manager role offers strong development opportunities as the company continues to grow.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a commercially driven profile with proven experience building customer relationships and contributing to sales growth. Experience from fashion, premium or lifestyle brands is ideal, but not required. A strong interest in fashion and understanding of the premium segment is important for success in this role, while relevant commercial experience and strong execution ability are equally essential.
The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and motivated by turning plans into results. They enjoy working independently while also collaborating closely with a team.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop our portfolio of retail partners across full seasonal cycles (sell-in, follow-up and sell-through)
Plan assortments and seasonal strategies together with key accounts
Monitor performance and take actions to improve results in stores
Identify new business opportunities and potential retail partners
Handle day-to-day customer communication
Travel within Norway to stay close to customers and market activity
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience from sales, account management, or another commercial role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid commercial understanding and sales mindset
The ability to take ownership and turn plans into actions
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
Driver’s license (Category B)
