As our Tech Lead E-commerce, you will play a key role in our Web team, helping shape the future of our digital storefronts and web ecosystem. You will act as the bridge between our Web Product Owner and our developers, ensuring our e-commerce platforms continue to evolve, scale and support our business across multiple brands and markets.

This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership. You will collaborate closely with developers on a daily basis, contribute with updated technical expertise and guide the development of robust and scalable solutions that support our subscription-based business model.

We're looking for someone who enjoys ownership, technical problem solving and influencing how digital products are built in a fast-growing international company.

What you will be responsible for

• Act as the Technical Lead within our Web team and help shape the development of our e-commerce platforms.

• Together with the Web Product Owner and UX drive the development of our platform.

• Work closely with developers on a daily basis, contributing with technical guidance and development expertise.

• Contribute hands-on to development and support the team with coding and technical best practices.

• Coordinate development initiatives and support efficient and high-quality delivery.

• Drive improvements across our web ecosystem including CMS, performance, customer journeys and functionality.

What you bring

• Strong experience with web development, ideally within DTC e-commerce environments.

• Experience working across the full development lifecycle, from idea and architecture to implementation and optimization.

• Hands-on coding experience and the ability to support and guide developers in technical decisions.

• Experience working with CMS platforms and modern web technologies.

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional Scandinavian languages are a plus.

• Experience with subscription-based business models is a strong advantage.

• Curiosity to stay updated on the latest trends and technological developments
