This creates a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Group Accounting Manager to join at an exciting moment of transformation and impact.

As Group Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the company's financial foundation and supporting its international growth journey. You will work closely with the CFO and leadership team, acting as a key partner in ensuring robust financial governance, insight-driven decision-making, and high quality reporting.

Airthings collaborates with an external accounting agency for operational accounting delivery. Internally, you will lead and develop a team of two Financial Controllers, ensuring strong processes, alignment, and consistency across the group.

This is a broad, high impact role with substantial visibility and influence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and ensure high quality group financial reporting

· prepare and present consolidated P&L, financial insights, and management reporting

· oversee the Annual Report and ensure compliance with reporting requirements

· manage tax reporting and transfer pricing

· maintain and develop financial models and forecasts together with the CFO

· support strategic decision-making through ad hoc financial analyses

· ensure alignment and consistency across local finance teams

· drive improvements in reporting, processes, and systems

· manage collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

· master's degree in auditing, economics, finance, or a related field (MRR is an advantage)

· minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing-ideally in an international setting

· strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and tax

· proven experience with consolidation and reporting systems

· strong ERP and Excel skills

· fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
