We are looking for a structured and proactive colleague to take on the role of Office and Logistics Manager:

 Your role:

In this role, you will own the operational flow from order intake to final shipment. You will ensure that customer orders are processed, produced, tested, invoiced and delivered according to confirmed timelines. Your work directly impacts delivery performance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 Your main responsibilities include:

•  Managing incoming product orders, order confirmations and delivery follow-up

• Ensuring timely invoicing and shipment in line with confirmed delivery dates

• Production planning and close follow-up with our manufacturing partner in Latvia

• Coordinating and scheduling daily product testing at our Oslo office together with our ATS Operators

• Purchasing of materials for local assembly and packaging

• Acting as the interface towards external accounting

• Ensuring that the Oslo office operates efficiently, including follow-up on facilities, office supplies, inventory and practical matters, and acting as the natural contact point for day-to-day office coordination

The role is independent and hands-on, with clear responsibility for keeping deliveries on track and ensuring smooth coordination across functions. You will work closely with the Managing Director and the Operations team and be a key contact point between sales, production, testing and logistics. We use Visma Net for order handling and ERP processes.

You will be part of a team of 11 colleagues in Oslo, working closely with our sales offices abroad and our parent company in Gothenburg. About you:

• You have experience within order handling, logistics, production planning or similar operational roles

• You are structured, detail-oriented and comfortable working in ERP systems and handling data with high accuracy

• You take ownership and ensure tasks are followed through to completion

• You are comfortable coordinating people and managing priorities in a dynamic environment

• You communicate well in English, written and spoken

 Experience from manufacturing, electronics or international B2B environments is an advantage.
