Duties and responsibilities

Carry out warehouse and logistics operations for projects and aftersales. This includes:

• Coordination and execution of shipments of parts to Seaonics’ production partners, including receipt of goods, and planning and organizing kitting of parts for assembly
• Coordination and execution of shipments in cooperation with service and aftersales
• Active use and maintenance of the ERP system (IFS) throughout the logistics process
• Preparation of documentation and reporting for shipments (packing lists, proforma invoices, IE599, POD, etc.)
• Development of warehouse and logistics processes to ensure efficient operations and high quality in logistics processes
• Maintaining order in the warehouse and proper storage of components
• Ttaking part in yearly stock count

Qualifications

• Experience from warehouse and logistics operations
• Good competence in using the Office package and other IT systems
