About KSAT Hyper
Hyper is a strategic initiative by Kongsberg Satellite Services (KSAT) to redefine how space data is delivered, secured, and used. By extending the world's most trusted ground station network into low Earth orbit, Hyper is building a new layer of space infrastructure designed for speed, resilience, and sovereignty.
At its core, Hyper enables near-real-time access to space data anywhere on Earth. By combining an orbiting relay capability with KSAT's global ground network, Hyper drastically reduces latency between satellite tasking, data acquisition, and decision-making. This capability is increasingly critical for applications where timing, trust, and availability matter — including Earth observation, climate monitoring, security, defense, and commercial operations.
Hyper is not a single mission or a one-off system. It is a long-term infrastructure program designed to scale over time, support multiple customers and mission types, and integrate tightly with existing and future space systems. The first Hyper satellites are scheduled for launch in 2027, marking the transition from development to operations, and the starting point for a broader constellation and service evolution in the years that follow.
Joining Hyper means contributing to the early build-out of a strategically important space capability, working at the intersection of space systems, communications, and operations. The work is foundational, technically demanding, and mission-critical; it directly shapes how satellite services will be delivered at scale in the next decade.

About Replica
Replica is our mission analysis and orchestration platform. It is used to model and plan complex space-network operations, and is evolving toward a product that can serve both internal operational teams and external customers. The Product Manager role ensures we build the right capabilities, in the right order, with clear outcomes and measurable value.
What you will do
Lead hands-on product development with the Replica software team, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
Shape and maintain the product strategy and roadmap: define major themes, prioritize epics, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
Work closely with engineering, business development, marketing and other stakeholders to translate goals into actionable plans and well-scoped deliverables.
Conduct market research and structured discovery: gather customer feedback, validate assumptions, and maintain a clear understanding of user workflows and constraints.
Facilitate customer interactions with engineering and software teams (demos, technical deep-dives, workshops), ensuring learnings are captured and acted upon.
Define success metrics and KPIs for Replica (adoption, retention, performance, satisfaction, cycle time, etc.), monitor performance, and drive iterative improvements.
Ensure strong product hygiene: clear documentation, release notes, stakeholder updates, and feedback loops post-delivery.
What we are looking for
Experience in product management for technical products (preferably software platforms, developer tools, data products, or B2B systems).
Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams and drive execution from discovery through delivery.
Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort operating cross-functionally (engineering, BD, operations, security/compliance).
Experience running customer discovery: interviews, problem framing, validation, and converting findings into backlog priorities.
Strong analytical approach: defining and tracking KPIs, using data to drive prioritization and product decisions.
Clear, structured communication and a collaborative working style.
Nice to have
Familiarity with mission planning, simulation, networking, or space/ground operations domains.
Experience productizing internal tooling into customer-facing products.
Experience with security, compliance, and regulated customer environments.
