Role Purpose
The mission of the Payroll & HR Department is to work in partnership with managers and their teams as well as with individual employees, in a spirit of continuous improvement and collaboration, to provide services and facilitate a healthy, safe and productive work environment with engaged and empowered employees. Based in Norway OSL Gardermoen you will be operating in a high-paced multinational environment and be responsible to ensure high standard of the payroll delivery through proactively collaboration with our payroll provider and various internal stakeholders
What you will be doing
Ensure payroll delivery in an accurate and timely manner every month in a fast-moving and complex environment
Payroll Specialist and Superuser of our payroll systems.
Processing of travel expense claims and reimbursement settlements.
Settlement of tax deductions, reconciliation of payroll-related accounts in the ledger, and assistance with year-end payroll closing and audit
Assist finance when needed

What we are looking for
At least 4-5 years of working experience with Norwegian Payroll
Knowledge of payroll best practices and with a passion for delivering a great service experience
Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll
Fluent both in spoken and written Norwegian and English
Experience and knowledge with collective agreements (CBA)
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
