Role Purpose

The mission of the Payroll & HR Department is to work in partnership with managers and their teams as well as with individual employees, in a spirit of continuous improvement and collaboration, to provide services and facilitate a healthy, safe and productive work environment with engaged and empowered employees. Based in Norway OSL Gardermoen you will be operating in a high-paced multinational environment and be responsible to ensure high standard of the payroll delivery through proactively collaboration with our payroll provider and various internal stakeholders

What you will be doing

• Ensure payroll delivery in an accurate and timely manner every month in a fast-moving and complex environment

• Payroll Specialist and Superuser of our payroll systems.

• Processing of travel expense claims and reimbursement settlements.

• Settlement of tax deductions, reconciliation of payroll-related accounts in the ledger, and assistance with year-end payroll closing and audit

• Assist finance when needed

What we are looking for

• At least 4-5 years of working experience with Norwegian Payroll

• Knowledge of payroll best practices and with a passion for delivering a great service experience

• Strong working knowledge of local regulations and policies related to payroll

• Fluent both in spoken and written Norwegian and English

• Experience and knowledge with collective agreements (CBA)

• Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
