Software Development Engineer

Metronor Industrial now seeks a software development engineer to further strengthen our Norwegian based development team. The right candidate will play an important role in further developing the core technology of Metronor Group. While based in Norway, the software development engineer will work in projects serving customers and projects worldwide.

Tasks:

• Software design, development, integration, validation and testing. C++ within Microsoft Studio environment
• Project management
• Method development, sensors, cameras and optics
  

Wanted qualifications:

• M.Sc. or PhD. in information technology, mathematics, physics, cybernetics or a related field
• Software and method development using state of the art development tools
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology
• Signal analysis
• Mathematical modeling
• Digital image processing
• Statistics
• Close range photogrammetry
