Join our team as a Senior Logistics Coordinator

The Senior Logistics Coordinator is a hands-on-role responsible for executing and supporting daily logistics operations to ensure the efficient, accurate and compliant movement of goods across domestic and international supply chains.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in daily shipping activities, including preparing documents, checking orders and organising shipments.

• Verify shipment details (weights, quantities, packaging) before releasing to carriers.

• Prepare shipping plans for customers, including schedules, routing and required documentation.

• Provide customers with tracking information, updates and shipment status.

• Review import/export paperwork, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.

• Maintain and organise customs records, including certificates, declarations and tariff documents.

• Make/review packing lists and shipping labels. Ensure physical shipments are complete and compliant before dispatch.

• Maintain accurate shipment records within ERP.

• Prepare logistics performance reports, identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience to compensate).

• 5-10 years of logistics coordinator experience, including customs and international shipping.

• Demonstrated experience creating and managing customer shipping plans.

• Strong knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and trade compliance.

• Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
