Senior Account Executive

Join our innovative and ambitious team at Landax and play a key role in our continued growth. The senior account executive is a highly motivated self-starter who is responsible for developing and closing new business or expanding our footprint with current customers. To be successful in this role, you are eager to learn and determined to adapt quickly. You will be accountable for exceeding quarterly quotas by driving proactive deal management and pipeline creation.
Your responsibilities: Leading Strategic Sales Across the Nordics
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record in selling software. The ideal candidate has experience of successfully driving change in complex organisations, building lasting customer relationships, and opening new markets with discipline and purpose.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Close deals! The pipeline is good and consists of inbound and outbound leads.
Own the commercial growth of Landax in the Nordic region.
Develop and execute a structured sales strategy, focused on a predictable pipeline, disciplined follow-up, and high-quality deals.
Identify and engage new prospects — from mid-size companies to multinational organizations.
Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, solution scoping, and long-term strategic value creation.
Lead professional product demonstrations, articulating how our solutions support operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability.
Drive upsell and account-management activities for key customers to ensure expansion and long-term partnership.
Collaborate closely with marketing to shape effective campaigns, messaging, and market development programs.
Work with Product Management and Professional Services, bringing market insights that influence roadmap and implementation success.
Use Salesforce as your operational backbone, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline governance.
Who we believe will thrive here
You have significant experience in B2B software sales, ideally within the QMS domain.
You understand the quality agenda —its pressure points, regulatory complexity, capacity challenges, and digitalisation requirements.
You work in a structured, methodical manner, balancing new business hunting with long-term account development.
You take initiative, build your own pipeline, and remain consistent in your follow-through.
You communicate with clarity, credibility, and confidence at all organisational levels—from dispatchers to boards.
You master modern sales methodologies and feel comfortable with digital outreach, discovery-led selling, and value-based narratives.
Fluency in Norwegian and good working proficiency in English is required.
Proficient computer application skills, including Salesforce.com(or another CRM), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
