Technical Support – Junior Service Specialist
We are looking for a Junior Service Specialist for GSFleet office in Sandefjord, Norway.
We serve B2B customers in support and maintenance tasks related to GSFleet's own fleet systems. Your daily tasks include for example on-call duty during office hours, receiving and solving technical work requests from customers. In addition to these, your tasks will include the technical management of sensors, sending devices to customers, managing device returns and storage. Work requests are directed to you through the Netsuite ERP system, and communication is mainly done by email and phone.
Work requests are most often related to solving a technical problem faced by the customer. You will have several work requests in progress while you receive new ones. If necessary, work requests can also be directed internationally to the back office or towards RnD. Some of the work requests require more long-term work together with the team, product developers and the customer.
The position also includes possibility to grow, based on previous experience and/or according to development:
· more comprehensive responsibility for serving designated customers
· planning and coordinating deployment projects
· planning and holding customer tailored trainings
· participation in regular customer meetings
· design and optimization of technical customer solutions

You are a strongly service-minded, active and efficient problem solver and willing to develop in your role. You want to take responsibility for your tasks independently and be involved in developing our operations, but you are also a team player in international team, where communication is done in English.
· You are fluent in Norwegian and English - reading & speaking & writing
· You have basic IT knowledge and skills
· You are quick to learn and absorb new knowledge and skills
· You might have few years of experience in technical customer service
· You work fluently orally and in writing in Norwegian and English
· Experience of working with any fleet system is considered an advantage
· Experience of working with the NetSuite ERP system is considered an advantage

The position is permanent. The work takes place mainly at our Sandefjord office, but you must also be prepared to work at customers' sites.
