Volue is looking for a Sales Account Executive

We are now looking for Sales Account Executive, who can help us to continuously improve Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission.
As a Sales Account Executive for Energy Market Services, you’ll play a key role in expanding Volue’s footprint by generating new business, growing existing accounts, and advising customers on solutions that create real, measurable value. You will manage a defined portfolio of existing clients and prospects, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation through signed contract and handover to delivery.

What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts through strategic account planning
- Build strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers
- Act as a consultant to customers deeply understanding their business needs and showing how Volue’s solutions deliver value
- Drive the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals
- Present, promote, and sell software and services using compelling, value-based arguments
- Engage the right experts (Solutions Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, Delivery, Managed Services) at the right time
- Coordinate with customer success teams to support adoption and ensure renewals
- Expand Volue’s presence by winning new logos and generating a strong qualified pipeline
- Maintain accurate forecasting, status updates, and pipeline progress in the CRM
- Negotiate agreements within established frameworks and follow Volue’s sales processes
- Help prevent customer churn by ensuring issues are addressed by the right teams
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets
What you need to succeed:
- Degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in the energy or power grid markets
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales role
- Background in selling complex software solutions or services
- Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent CRM practices and a structured sales approach
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Additional languages ( Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) depending on region
- International experience is a strong plus

The position cooperates closely with Sales Engineers, colleagues from Product, Delivery, and Managed Services. We are looking to hire for Volue office in Norway or Sweden or Finland.
