Cost Controller Archer Vertikal

Archer Vertikal operates within the renewable energy sector and delivers projects across several technical disciplines. We are looking for a Cost Controller to take an important role in the financial follow-up of our current and future projects.

In this position, you will work closely with project managers and senior management on financials, reporting, and risk assessments to help ensure well-run and profitable project execution. You have an eye for structure, enjoy working with numbers, and appreciate the value of clear processes and reliable routines.

The ideal candidate has relevant financial experience combined with the ability to build trust and good working relationships. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization from administrative teams to field personnel, as well as external partners.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project managers with financial insights and recommendations.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for project stakeholders.
• Conduct performance analysis and initiate improvement initiatives on projects.
• Support management with financial and business-related insights.
• Project invoicing in collaboration with the project manager
• Approval of hours and travel expenses on selected projects
• Follow up on outgoing invoice payments in close cooperation with the factoring company.
• Reception, processing and payment of incoming invoices
• Updating and reconciliation of the accounts
• Assist in reporting to public authorities
• Assist in month-end closing and reporting to the group

We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in project and cost control. You are analytical, enjoy working with numbers, and communicate effectively in both Norwegian and English.
