As a key member of our customer service team, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues while also working independently to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
Experience from the service industry - such as banking, finance, or call centers - is a plus, but not required. We also welcome applicants from retail or similar customer-facing roles.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality customer support via chat and email.
Handle incoming calls from credit card and savings account customers.
Assist with general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with Norwegian as your primary language.
Comfortable using phone and computer as your main work tools.
Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
Previous customer-facing experience is preferred (e.g., retail, service industry).
Genuine interest in helping people and solving their problems.
Fluent Norwegian language skills.
