We are currently seeking a Group HR Projects Partner with a strong focus on stakeholder management. This is a key role within our Group HR team, where you’ll help drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure clear and effective processes across our organization. 

You will report to the Group HR & TA Director and work from our headquarters in Oslo, some travel to our European markets will be required. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and facilitate HR initiatives across various markets, ensuring effective implementation and consistent standardization of HR processes. 

• Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of HR practices and technologies. 

• Deliver training and guidance to HR teams and employees impacted by HR projects. 

• Evaluate project outcomes and gather feedback to continuously improve future initiatives. 

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, project management, or a related field. 

• Proven experience managing HR projects, ideally in an international context. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
