Enhanced Drilling is looking for an additional Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution and evaluation of projects within our technology disciplines and services portfolio.

Areas of Responsibility

Onshore

Following handover from Sales & Marketing, the Project Manager establishes and executes projects in line with contractual terms and conditions.

Projects are executed according to Enhanced Drilling’s Project Manual. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Secure full understanding of customer contract terms and conditions

• Project planning – including project structure, schedule and P&L

• Maintain continuous communication with the customer regarding scope, cost and timing

• Develop project specific procedures for upcoming operations

• Issue internal requests to ensure delivery in accordance with customer schedules (equipment, engineering, crew etc.)

• Ensure proper HSEQ planning and risk assessments, including deviation control

• Issue VORs when scope, cost or timing changes

• Report on project status and progress

• Initiate and follow up mitigation actions if needed

• Conduct crew briefings prior to offshore operations

• Participate in personnel management and appraisal dialogues

• Follow up on ongoing operations/projects

• Invoicing and follow-up

• Post-job evaluation and project close-out reporting

• Managing international projects, which may include periods on site

Offshore

The Project Manager may be required to travel offshore for site visits, management follow-up or to gain operational experience for future projects.
Some travel will be required.

Education & Qualifications

Required

• Minimum mechanical or electrical certificate of apprenticeship

• English – verbal and written

Desired

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 2-year Technical College

• Basic knowledge of Project Management methodology

• Valid offshore certificates

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience as supervisor / team lead / foreman

• Good computer skills within standard software

• Preferably experience from offshore / energy industry
