HR Business Partner
What’s the role?
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner to support Øglænd teams both in Norway and across our global teams within the Offshore Segment and Large Project Organization. This is a strategic and operational role where you will partner closely with business leaders to drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, and cultural alignment across diverse teams.
You will be part of a passionate HR team embedded in the global Øglænd business, with a strong local footprint and global reach.
What does the role involve?Serve as an advisor to leaders within the Offshore Segment and Large Project Organization, providing support on HR matters including talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to maintain an environment focused on care and performance.
Lead and support initiatives in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development tailored to the needs of project-based and sales-driven environments.
Support change management efforts and organizational development projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational goals.
Ensure compliance with legislation and internal HR policies and proactively manage employee relations and workplace wellbeing.
Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and track progress on key HR metrics.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a matrix or project-based organization.
Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency is required; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
