Danske Bank is seeking to strengthen our Corporate Access Team with a Corporate Access and Event Coordinator based in our Oslo office – temporary position.  

This position can be tailored to the right candidate, whether you are an experienced professional, or a final-year student seeking a meaningful and exciting part-time job alongside your studies (in this case we are seeking two motivated students).

About the team: 

Danske Bank's Corporate Access and Events team in Oslo facilitate access between investors and companies. Up until now the team has worked closely together with Danske Bank Equity Research. This team works to provide our Equity clients with the most comprehensive research on a sector and company level. Our goal is to guide our clients to make the right investment decisions. We currently cover a majority of the listed companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange and a majority of relevant sectors. Equity research consist of 12 highly dedicated professionals. To broaden our coverage across asset classes and build on synergies between departments we have expanded the Corporate Access and Events team to also cover clients in Danske Bank Markets.  

About the role: 

Are you passionate about creating exceptional events and building connections that matter? In this role, you will play a key part in connecting investors and corporates while ensuring every detail is managed with precision and professionalism. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Planning and managing all logistics for corporate and analyst roadshows, seminars, conferences, and field trips (including cars, hotels, venues, room bookings, lunches, group presentations, presentation materials, invitations, and audio-visual equipment). 

• Pitching to corporates by liaising with investor relations teams, their assistants, and corporate access to identify and establish investor targets. 

• Marketing events to institutional clients and ensuring high levels of engagement and participation. 

• Providing valuable support to the local Sales and Analyst teams to deliver seamless and impactful events. 

Who are we looking for? 

The ideal candidate for this position has demonstrated an ability to build and develop relationships with both listed Norwegian corporates and Norwegian investors. We are looking for someone with a background in corporate access and a solid understanding of the industry, combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This is a temporary position, starting as soon as possible and running until July 2026. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for permanent employment.
